Eligibility:

• This campaign is open to all fans who have a valid TikTok account.

• Participants must subscribe to Sabrina Carpenter's Fan Club on Stanly.

• Any caffeinated beverage that is desirable to the participant is accepted. This includes, but is not limited to, iced tea, hot coffee, espresso shots, iced lattes, and similar drinks.

 

Campaign Duration:

• The campaign period is from 27th May to 10th June.

• Redemptions made after June 11th will not be considered valid unless the campaign period is officially extended by Stanly.

 

Redemption Method:

• All redemptions will be processed via a valid PayPal account only.

• Participants must have a valid PayPal account to receive payment. PayPal accounts are free and widely accepted globally.

• Free Sign up for PayPal account here.

• Stanly is unable to process payments for participants who do not have a valid PayPal account.

• Redemptions may take up to 30 days after campaign completion to process.

 

Redemption Limit:

• There will be a maximum reimbursement of $5 USD per cup of beverage.

• Each account is only eligible for one redemption each. Only the first 200 valid submissions will be eligible for reimbursement.

 

Proof of Purchase:

• Successful redemptions will only be made upon submission of a valid receipt as proof of purchase.The receipt must be dated from 27th May 2024 onwards.

 

Submission Requirements:

• Participants must take a picture or video with their coffee and use Sabrina Carpenter's hit "Espresso" in their TikTok post.

• The TikTok post must be tagged with #payformycoffeepls and @stanly.

• The participant's TikTok account must be public, and the post must be correctly hashtagged and have tagged accounts to be considered valid.

 

Redemption Form:

• A valid photo of a physical or digital picture of the beverage’s receipt dated 27th May onwards.

• No Submission will be accepted after 11th June (unless extended by stanly).

• Participant's age range and nationality

• An option to donate the $5 USD instead of receiving the payment personally.

 

Additional Information:

• Participants have the option to donate their $5 USD instead of receiving the payment.

• For every entry beyond 200 (capped at 1000) Stanly will donate $2 for each participating video to a Mental Health Awareness Organization (amount and organization to be disclosed upon campaign completion)

 

General Conditions:

• Stanly reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants and the validity of all submissions.

• Stanly reserves the right to disqualify any participant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions.

• By participating in this campaign, participants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

• Stanly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with this campaign.

• Personal data collected during the campaign will be used solely for the purposes of this campaign and will not be shared with third parties without the participant's consent.
