Video Call Instruction

Step1: Download Stanly App. 

Step2: Subscribe "SUPER JUNIOR-D&E" fandom.

Step3: Click on the event banner at the top.

Step4: Allow Stanly access the microphone ,camera and floating window for Android users.

Please also allow Stanly to send you notifications so that you will not miss the call.

Step5: You are now in the waiting room. 

The staff will verify your identity before the calling session. Please prepare your official identification document and follow the staff's instructions to show it.

The verification process starts at 17:00 (GMT+8). Please be ready and enter the waiting room on time.

 ​

When the video call session begins, the artist will start calling fans according to the order listed in the waiting room.

You can see how many people are ahead of you and the current status of the calls. This way, you’ll know exactly how much time you have to prepare. Please stay in the waiting room while waiting.

Step6: When it's your turn, a call notification will pop up. Please answer the call and enjoy your time with the artist. Make sure you have notifications turned on.

If you don't pick up the call, we will try dialing you once more. If you still miss the call, the artist will move on to the next person on the list. After all winners have had their calls, we will attempt to reach those who missed their call one last time.

I can't find Stanly on the App Store

A

If Stanly is not available on your App Store:
Android User: Download Stanly through apk 
IOS User: Download Stanly through Testflight

I can't receive a verification code from SMS.

A

  1. Please choose the correct country code and enter the right phone number.

  2. The verification message sent by the server may be delayed due to poor network signal reception or unavailability of the carrier's network.

  3. Please wait a while. Each verification code is valid for 30 minutes.

  4. If the problem still persists, click "Resend code" for a new code. Please note that once you click "Resend code", the previous code is no longer valid.

  5. If the problem still persists, please choose to sign up with Google login / Apple id login.
